Gender neutral nursery mood board

Posted by Linda Pretkalniņa on

This inspiration mood board is dedicated to a nursery but can also be used for the kids' room! Get inspired by these simple gender neutral nursery accessories combination with Boho chic charm. Gender neutral nursery style

If you have decided to create a gender neutral baby's or kids room, start with a color scheme. From there decide what tones and textures will dominate on the walls and floor. We combined the ivory wool rug with one of our most popular black herringbone wallpaper. For more simple wallpaper designs like this one, visit our Minimal Boho Kids Room wallpaper collection. And if you are going for that gender neutral nursery vibe, then most definitely visit our Neutral Kids Wallpaper collection for that inspiration. When the walls and floor are done - choose accent pieces. Cozy wool chair, soft simple design toy and table mat with printed alphabet was our choice. Next comes statement pieces. Go for playful accessories such as pillows or growth chart marks with animal prints. To keep everything in harmony combine these items with subtle color or design objects such as a blanket. • Hello, Erin!

The color we have picked for this mood board is Pantone’s 18-0316 TPG Olivine. Hopefully that will help to find a matching shade from any of the paint companies! :)

  • What color exactly is that green? I want a paint color exactly that for the nursery – any recommendations? I am using the black/white herringbone wallpaper on one of the walls, then want to paint the other walls that green color. Thank you in advance!! Erin
